Great news for engineers developing in-house applications! Morph has revamped the traditional CLI-based deployment process by incorporating CI/CD automation through seamless Github integration. This update eliminates the hassle of building a local Docker environment and streamlines the entire process from app building to deployment.

Background

In response to rapid changes in the business landscape and advancements in AI models, enterprise software is shifting from traditional packaged software and purchased SaaS models to a code-driven approach that offers both flexibility and speed. Morph is leading this transformation by providing new possibilities in enterprise software across both development and operations.

By delivering an excellent developer experience along with a secure deployment environment, we have significantly boosted productivity in in-house app development and enabled swift business responses.

Evolution of the Morph Platform: Github-Integrated CI/CD Automation

The traditional CLI-based deployment method involved setting up Docker in the local environment, which was time-consuming and prone to errors. With the latest update, Morph seamlessly integrates with Github and automatically executes CI/CD pipelines triggered by code commits. This allows developers to focus on improving code quality and accelerating releases, thereby greatly enhancing the overall development flow.

How CI/CD Automation Works

Morph’s new feature operates in the following steps:

  • Automatic Trigger: When developers push code to a Github repository, a series of tests and build processes are automatically initiated.
  • Seamless Deployment: By leveraging a managed cloud environment, the need to set up Docker locally is eliminated, resulting in rapid and stable deployments.
  • Flexible Workflows: From continuous integration (CI) to continuous delivery (CD), our platform supports a variety of workflows tailored to the specific needs of your project.

Future Outlook

Using the latest large-scale language models (LLMs), it is now possible to build flexible business logic that traditional rule-based systems could not achieve. Furthermore, with the evolution of coding AI, we believe that in the future, even non-engineers will be able to easily create their very own tools with AI support. This will further democratize in-house software tools and create an environment where more professionals can contribute to innovation.
